"Trail magic" is a term coined by long-distance hikers to describe those unexpected moments that lift your spirits and fill you with awe and gratitude. On every Trail Magic Hike with The Wild Woman Community, you're invited to experience a different kind of magic: the deep connection with nature, yourself, and a community of like-hearted Wild Women.

These hikes are more than just a walk in the woods—they're an opportunity to tap into and expand your adventure mindset. Whether you're scaling a mountain or pursuing personal goals off the trail, you'll leave feeling empowered and confident, ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

Important Details:

• Location & Directions: Please download the AllTrails app before the hike. Use the Get Directions feature in the app to find the trailhead for Green Mountain Trail. If you have the AllTrails Pro subscription, be sure to download the map for offline use to ensure you have access even without cell service.
• No Pets: While I adore our furry friends, Trail Magic Hikes are a pet-free experience to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Thank you for understanding!
• Cancellations: If your plans change, please cancel at least 24 hours before the hike to allow another woman the chance to join us.
• Sunrise Hike: For our sunrise hikes, we’ll be starting in the dark, so be sure to bring a headlamp or flashlight. Arrive a few minutes early to ensure we’re ready to leave promptly at the scheduled time—sunrise waits for no one! As always, we take the pace of the slowest hiker, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and included. Plus, we stop for plenty of breaks along the way to enjoy the scenery and recharge.

What to Expect:

• Introductions and Intentions: We start each hike with introductions and intention setting. This isn’t just a formality—it’s a chance to dive beyond surface-level small talk and start conversations that are more meaningful and enriching. By sharing what you hope to gain from the hike, we create a space for genuine connections and deeper discussions right from the start.
• Trail Insights: During our hike, we'll reflect on how the path parallels our life experiences. Along the hike, we’ll explore these parallels and brainstorm how to apply the lessons we learn on the trail to our everyday lives.
• Purposeful Connection: While natural conversations will arise as we hike, the true purpose of our group is to foster growth and deep connections. This isn’t about forming cliques or engaging in gossip. Instead, it’s about creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where everyone can share their experiences and insights, and encourage each other along the way.
