About the Event

Boundaries are essential for keeping our mental, emotional, and physical well-being in check. They help us safeguard our energy, stay true to our values, and build healthier relationships. On the trail, boundaries ensure we respect our limits, stay safe, and fully enjoy the adventure. In life, they empower us to say no when needed, prioritize self-care, and create a balanced, fulfilling existence.

Many of us misunderstand boundaries, though, thinking of them as barriers rather than essential tools for our well-being. We often don't know how to set them, and honoring them can be even more challenging. This hike and workshop will change that!

Join us to learn how to set and honor boundaries both on the trail and in life. You'll have the chance to establish personal boundaries during the hike and engage in meaningful discussions about why they're important to you. This is your opportunity to learn, grow, and empower yourself through the practice of setting and respecting boundaries.

We'll kick off the day with a beginner-friendly hike, bringing our attention to the lessons nature has to offer.

After our hike, we'll settle in for an outdoor workshop crafted to equip you with practical tools for setting and honoring your own boundaries. Through guided exercises, reflective writing, and a group discussion, we'll explore why boundaries are crucial to your wellbeing, and learn strategies for setting and respecting them.

Join us for a day of learning, adventure, and connection!
