This trip is about discovering just how strong you are—both in body and mind—while exploring the beauty of the wild. Over four days and three nights, we’ll hike through mountain terrain that will stretch your limits, but in a way that leaves you feeling empowered and connected to yourself and the world around you.

On day one, we’ll start with a 6-mile hike, easing into the journey and settling into the rhythm of the trail. Day two brings an 8-mile hike, with a pace that allows for plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and reflect on the journey. Day three offers a 4-mile optional hike to a peaceful alpine lake, where you’ll have time to soak in the surroundings and appreciate how far you’ve come. On Day 4, we’ll wrap up with a 5-mile hike back out, carrying the strength and insights we’ve gathered along the way.
